3. Intellectual Property – All material relating to the shows/seminars/workshops if applicable for which you enroll whether presented during, before or after the shows/seminars/workshops, is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. The copyright in all such materials remains the property of their owners and so they may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the copyright owner and Evolution Dance Theatre. By signing this registration form upon purchase, you agree to not, at any time do anything that would infringe the intellectual property rights of such materials.
4. Photos & Videos – At Live Events or On-line Evolution Dance Theatre events. Professional Photography and/or Videography may be used to capture the event. By signing this registration form upon purchase, you agree that your participation in any of the Evolution Dance Theatre events might result in you being captured in a photo or video and featured in Evolution Dance Theatre for marketing and or promotional materials. You hereby give Evolution Dance Theatre full rights to use any of your photos or videos that Evolution Dance Theatre chooses to use in marketing and or promotional campaigns with no further responsibility for clearing the rights of use of that picture or video with you.
5. Personal Data & Privacy – Evolution Dance Theatre will not share your personal information and details with any unauthorized third parties without your permission. Any personal information that you provide to us will be treated confidential and will be used only for the services you requested (please see our Privacy Policy).
6. Complaints & Liability – If you have a problem during the event, please inform Evolution Dance Theatre team immediately in private and we will endeavor to put things right. Please note that we cannot be responsible for the individual behavior of any other participant in the event. You (and your guest if applicable) are responsible to protect your health and your belongings during the event. Evolution Dance Theatre is not responsible and cannot be held liable for loss of your belongings, as well as for any accident, injury or physical/mental health issues that may occur to you during and after the event.
